This is former Texas Rangers knuckleballer Charlie Hough. Charlie played for
the Texas Rangers from 1980-1990. I got this signed at the Texas Rangers Hall
of Fame Luncheon honoring pitcher Kenny Rogers on August 5, 2011 at the
Arlington Convention Center.
